Candace Cox since 1980 has focused on organizational learning goals through partnerships, creating long term value to private and public entities in the areas of executive, management, and technical development. Prior to founding UNIVentures in 1992, she served twelve years as Director, Center for Management Development at the University of Denver. Under her direction, the program grew from a 100K loss to a 1.4 million dollar program. While at the University, she turned a financially challenged University College into a major funding resource for the University.

Her career has focused on identifying, contracting, and evaluating trainers, select faculty, independent consultants, and business executives to design, develop, and instruct programs and lead consulting projects. Her talents are in blending credentials, presentation skill, industry experience, and interpersonal skills of those who can help managers and executives to learn and improve.

Her business success has required effective, on going rapport with multiple constituencies pursuing multiple goals. These corporate and government clients including executives, managers, technical professionals, co-sponsoring organizations, subcontractors, consultants, faculty and university administrators.

Prior to 1980, Candace was the Principal Research Analyst at Samsonite Luggage, and a pharmaceutical sales rep for a division of American Hospital Supply. Candace holds an M.S. degree in marketing (University of Arizona), and a B.B.A. (University of Iowa) with honors. She is married to a former major leaguer and has two almost grown great kids, one of each model.

                                  
Diane Wendt, joined UNIVentures in December, 2005. Prior to coming to UNIVentures, Diane had her own Coaching and Consulting Practice- AtEz, LLC where she worked at both the executive and strategic level in all sectors to accomplish systemic changes in the workplace. She served as Sr. Consultant and Director of Strategic Services for Motorola University that included developing corporate university models and fast track degree and certification programs. Diane is a professional coach and graduate of the Hudson Institute. She graduated cum laude from Boise State University where she served as adjunct faculty for both the College of Business and College of Communication.She has been featured at both the national and international levels as a keynote speaker on human capital development strategies.

With over 25 years of experience in the adult learning environment, she has focused in maximizing desired results requiring learning and change capacity of individuals, groups and organizations assuring alignment to mission and goals.She contributes her success from experience through the years that has helped her to gain both the understanding of and ability to facilitate networks and relationships, leveraging critical linkages necessary to successfully connect people, strategies and services to achieve desired results and celebrate success.

 She and her husband Dave live in The Islands in Gilbert Arizona  Companions in laughter are their grandchildren –Jack, Mary and Joey who visit them as much as possible –except for the summer. They have two wonderful daughters Dana and Leilani and fabulous sons Russ and Dan by gift of marriage.
